Randy is a visionary leader. Utilizing over 20 years of experience in logistics and prior careers in accounting and manufacturing, he challenges QC leadership and their teams to continuously innovate solutions for customers’ and industry needs.
Rachel Celiberti
Chief Financial Officer
Rachel is responsible for strategic and financial planning, treasury and risk management, compliance, information technology and more. Prior to joining our team, Rachel worked in the energy, chemicals and manufacturing sectors for nearly three decades.
Elena Adang
General Counsel & Corporate Secretary
Elena heads the legal and human resources departments, advising the company on a broad spectrum of employment, compliance, and regulatory matters. Prior to joining our team, she focused her practice on business litigation and employment defense, representing clients in the transportation and logistics sectors.
Scott Hunt
VP – Fleet Operations
Scott leads the tractor and trailer repair and maintenance business. His impressive career in the trucking industry has spanned multiple areas, including operations, customer service, and maintenance.
Heath Miller
Director – Regional Maintenance
As a regional director for QRS, Heath uses his vast repair and logistics knowledge to improve our operations across the southern United States.
Shaun Burkert
Director – Regional Maintenance
Shaun has been expertly managing fleet operations in the northern United States for over a decade. He uses his extensive experience to create optimal outcomes for our customers and our teammates.
David Clayton
Director – Maintenance
David spent over a decade as a Class-C CDL driver before transitioning into a managerial role. David currently oversees shop performance and ensures operational efficiency.
Wally Fischer
Director – Regional Maintenance Multimodal
Wally has built an impressive career over his four decades of experience. He applies his vast suite of skills to improve our QRS operations. In his current role at QRS, Wally is responsible for overseeing the implementation and maintenance of ISO standards across QRS.
Carmen Calderone
Manager – Project QRS
Throughout his career, Carmen has touched all aspects of the logistics industry, including recruiting and retention, safety, and management. Now as QRS’s Fleet Operations Project Manager, he puts his expertise to use by helping us expand our repair operations across the country.
